Daniel Abercrombie

Daniel Abercrombie

trainer

My clients have described our sessions as fun, challenging, and thorough. I take pride in my clients by developing premium exercise programs to achieve the results they desire. Each of my clients follow a thoughtfully crafted routine specifically designed to their needs, skills, and schedule.  My favorite exercise is the squat, all variations. I believe it is a fundamental component of any athlete regimen and is also an effective movement providing positive benefits to the general population client. Lets train!

I have seven years of one-on-one personal training experience, as well as group personal training experience with a variety of populations. I have a diverse athletics background with high-level state competition experience in a multitude of sports including football, basketball and track. I also have two years playing experience in football at the collegiate level.

Sashi Wilson

trainer

From growing up a gymnast to becoming a collegiate cheerleader, Sashi found herself in a deep depression after a cheerleading accident left her with a broken back. In less than a year she went from athlete to developing a binge-eating disorder to cope and put on 100lbs.

When regaining control of her life she turned back to fitness to work to feel good from the inside and restrengthen the muscles to support her joints. Fitness saved her life in many ways and used her passion to start helping other people reach their own goals.
