What is NKT & P-DTR?
NeuroKinetic therapists and Proprioceptive-Deep Tendon Reflexology practitioners focus on caring for training recovery, reducing acute and chronic pain, and correcting dysfunctional muscle compensations. Muscle compensations can be triggered through trauma, previous exercising with improper form or compensating while performing daily tasks to reduce fatigue. NKT and P-DTR therapies work to first identify where muscles may be abnormally behaving then help to restore them to the proper balance and form. More specifically, these practice target increased mobility, accelerate injury recovery, improve muscle coordination, improve performance for both athletes and in everyday workouts and relieves stress from routine repetition.

What Our Clients Say
“I’ve been working with Kyle for about two years. He has done a great job keeping the workouts challenging and fresh. He taylors the workouts to my goals whether it’s a ski trip or whatever. With his knowledge of exercise and diet he can work with anybody at any fitness level. In a word he’s “professional” in what he does and what he brings to the workouts. On top of all that, he’s also just a good guy who takes his job serious but likes to laugh….which is what you need with someone you spend 2-3 hours a week with at the gym!”
Chris
Training Client
“Kyle in a word is FUN! Exercise can be a chore if you let it but not with Kyle. I have been working with him for about 9 months and have seen a difference in my body. He is a great listener regarding exercise goals and keeps things interesting. He stays well versed in new exercise trends and is always open to new ideas. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable trainer.”
Dana
Training Client
“Kyle has been my trainer for more than a year and a half and I have had nothing but great experiences. Kyle continuously changes my workouts to keep things new but always works within my goals and parameters that I have discussed with him. He has never missed a workout and I know I can rely on him to make sure I am getting the best training around. I would recommend Kyle to anyone, regardless of your goals or ability level as he has the knowledge to put together a workout plan to meet your goals.”
Jason
Training Client
“Kyle is part of the movement of redefining what kickass trainers can do for you, he is head and shoulders (and pecs!) above your mainstream trainer. As a physical therapist, I can say that his understanding of movement and health exceeds that of many clinicians, and I am happy to have met him as a colleague. And he’s funny as hell.”
Amy Thieu
Fellow Trainer
“Kyle Osteen trains our whole family! He puts a lot of thought and consideration into everyone’s particular needs and abilities. Kyle is cautious of your injuries as to not hurt the area further but at the same time strengthen areas around the injury to help it heal. He is very accommodating on scheduling and will juggle his calendar around to help find a time to fit you in. Kyle is a lot of fun, we talk and laugh and the hour of training flies by!”
