We are a training, performance, and recovery studio in Dallas focusing on whole-body wellness. Our trainers will help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply get in better shape. We offer a variety of fitness, nutrition, therapy, and recovery programs tailored to the individual.

In addition to a studio full of functional fitness training equipment and educated trainers, The Forge on Dyer provides a space for performance and recovery therapies. We currently offer NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), Proprioceptive-Deep Tendon Reflexology (P-DTR), sports and relaxation massage therapies, as well as other therapies to treat and prevent chronic and accident injuries.
